Tips for Parents and Students
-
Save key numbers now in your mobile phone, so you can access them quickly when needed.
-
If someone is unsafe or at immediate risk, call 000.
-
If unsure what to do, you can call one of the phone services above and explain your concern—they’ll help you find the right support.
-
After using an external service, please talk to the school the next day so we can support follow-up and coordinate care if needed.
-
It’s okay to reach out early rather than wait until things feel “too bad” — seeking help early often makes a big difference.
