Co-Curricular

Alongside the academic program, Ajuga School seeks to provide opportunities for students to participate in co-curricular activities to enhance their connection to the arts, active lifestyle and community.

Music at Ajuga School

Through a partnership with Western Sydney University and a generous donation of instruments through the Don't Stop the Music initiative via Musica Viva, Ajuga students are connected to weekly music sessions.

Whilst in its infancy, our big dream is to match students with their own instrument and provide support for individual students to learn how to play the instrument. We hope our big dreams can be realised over the next few years!

Swimming

Swimming is a favoured past time in Australia, and water safety is a crucial protective skill for all students. Ajuga School is committed to teaching all students how to swim and operates a year-long swimming program.

During Term 1 and 4, Ajuga Students participate in swimming lessons with our AUSTSWIM trained staff in our school outdoor pool.

In Term 2 and 3, Ajuga students participate in weekly swimming lessons at the Holsworthy Swimming Pool thanks to a small grant from Ingleburn RSL club.
