The Hilltop Hub Family Group is a weekly support group designed specifically for the families and carers of students attending across Campbell House School, Glenfield Park School and Ajuga School.
Each Tuesday between 10-12pm families and carers are welcomed to our Hilltop Community Cottage, located on the grounds of Glenfield Park School for a light morning tea, an opportunity to partake in wellbeing activities and, receive ongoing support and education in areas tailored and designed to cater for the needs of our families/carers.
Each session is hosted by our friendly Community Liaison Officers (CLO's) and Project Officer across the three Hilltop schools and is often facilitated by experienced and qualified professionals that run short educational and wellbeing workshops.
