Ajuga Professional Book Club

Consistent with the Ajuga vision to be a Lighthouse School for Trauma Responsive Education, the Ajuga Professional Book Club seeks to explore a range of professional text that unpack best practice in neuroscience, complex trauma and education, whilst also exploring a range of lived experiences, and strategies that focus on enhancing learning opportunities, for students and staff, at Ajuga School.

The Ajuga Professional Book Club supports:

  • the development of a culture that fosters lifelong learning

  • offers staff access to a range of professional readings to enhance their practice in the classroom

  • provides a positive and professional opportunity for team-bonding and staff welfare

  • encourages reflective practice

All permanent and temporary staff are invited to join the Ajuga Professional Book Club. Members of the Ajuga Executive team may invite other members of the Department of Education to visit as a special guest.
