In 2024 Ajuga School commenced embedding the VIA Character Strengths across all classes.
In our first year of implementation we are supported by The Positivity Project, which is grounded in positive psychology’s research on character and relationships.
Each week we focus on one of the 24 character strengths which is embedded into our daily Morning Circle, acknowledgments and focus for the week.
Parents and carers are forwarded a weekly bulletin via Seesaw which provides an overview of the Character Strength of the week as well as links to videos, prompt questions and other prompts for families seeking to explore strengths at home.
