Berry Street Education Model Leadership Masterclass (BSEL)
Led by Tom Brunzell, this new masterclass is designed to support school leadership teams who have already completed the first four-days of BSEM training.
What you'll learn:
- The implementation practices and strategies needed to embed a trauma-informed and systems-aware approach across your school community
- To integrate trauma-informed goals into your own school’s strategic annual improvement plan (AIP) to bolster student achievement gains and engagement
- To facilitate a group dialogue in which staff feel heard, can share experiences and responsibilities
- Enhance collective teacher efficacy in trauma-informed teaching and learning
- To form a community of practice that builds professional insight integrated with various leadership perspectives and supports action on your trauma- informed whole school approach to systems change
Participants will be provided with the understanding and skill development to create better outcomes for students and staff when faced with behaviours of concern.
